1. Acceptance

By creating an account on FameDrop you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FameDrop is a daily spotlight platform. One user is selected each day by a weighted random draw based on ticket balance. The selected user's profile is displayed on the homepage for 24 hours.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use FameDrop.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned.
  • You must provide a valid email address.

4. Tickets and the draw

  • Tickets are virtual points with no monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Tickets are earned by watching ads, completing missions, and referring new users.
  • The draw runs daily at 12:00 UTC. Winners are selected randomly weighted by ticket balance.
  • After each draw, all non-winner balances are reduced by 30% to keep the draw fair over time.
  • The winner's balance is reset to zero after the draw.
  • We reserve the right to adjust ticket mechanics at any time.

5. Spotlight profiles

  • All spotlight profiles are reviewed before going live. We may reject profiles that violate these terms.
  • You are responsible for all content in your profile.
  • Profiles must not contain illegal content, hate speech, spam, or misleading information.
  • You grant FameDrop a non-exclusive licence to display your profile content on the platform.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn tickets.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the draw algorithm.
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to hack the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all tickets.

7. Advertising

FameDrop displays third-party advertisements. By using the service you agree to receive these ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific draw outcomes, or any particular level of spotlight traffic or followers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FameDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
